Adding members to your organisation
Invite coaches and admins by email or with a link, and give them the right permissions.

Step 1: Go to Members
Open your organisation in the app; under Tools you'll find Members. Members are coaches and admins; players do not need to be members, they link their club to their own profile.

Step 2: Tap Invite
Invite sits at the top of the member list. Every member has a role: Owner, Admin or Member.

Step 3: Choose email or link
By email if the person already has an X-Skills account, otherwise share a link. The app then asks whether they should be an admin and which permissions they get: agenda, events, payments, members.

Step 4: The other person accepts
Through the email or link, the invitation opens in the app or on the website. After accepting, the person appears in the member list with the role you chose.
