Creating an event
An event groups challenges, players and a leaderboard around one day or tournament.
Two ways
On the website
Create it in the dashboard
Sign in to the website, open Events and click New event. There you can also add categories and an image.

Step 1: Tap Add an event
Open your organisation, go to Events and tap Add an event. On the website it is the same: sign in, open Events and click New event.

Step 2: Name the event
The wizard first asks for a name and a start date. An end date is optional; without one the event stays open.

Step 3: Choose open or closed
Open: anyone with the code can add results. Closed: only invited athletes, whom you add by scanning their band.

Step 4: Create it and share the code
After adding the categories and an optional sponsor, tap Create. The event gets a share code right away; your players use it to join and fill the leaderboard.
